We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible. Nevertheless, some items may have to be specially ordered so please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
All items destined for a UK address will be sent first class. Overseas will be sent airmail.
You are responsible for any import duties and taxes which may be charged when your order arrives in your country.
Returns or Exchanges
If you are not happy with our products we will willingly send you a replacement provided that you return it in perfect condition and with packaging intact within 7 days (before holidays we will allow longer in case you are buying a present/gift).
Refund will be made at discretion of management.
When we agree a return you will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach us and we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. When a refund has been agreed, we will refund your payment only after we receive returned goods. Your postage costs will also be refunded if the item was faulty.
Please note, products that have been personalised by engraving and or embroidery can NOT be returned, please note we cannot issue a refund unless the product was faulty.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
